Each order is freshly packed and fulfilled with care. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and selected service.

Address Changes:
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Once an order is submitted, we can’t guarantee changes to the shipping address, as fulfillment begins immediately.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops:
Our batches are small and exclusive. If you pre-order, your payment reserves your spot for the next drop. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.


❌ Cancellation Policy

We totally understand that plans change — here’s how it works:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, please email support@mypixxi.com (or your brand email) with your order number and subject line “Cancel Order.”

If your cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
